Strategic Intensive FAQs

  • It's a 4-week consulting program modeled after EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). We work with your leadership team to create a 10-year vision, 3-year goals, a 1-year plan, and accountability systems. Fundraising strategy is a key part, but the process covers your whole organization.

  • The Strategic Intensive is a flat fee of $5,000. That covers all sessions, tools, and follow-up.

  • Typically, you'll have 4 sessions (90–120 minutes each) plus light prep work. Most of the work happens in the sessions themselves — so you walk away with a usable plan, not homework.
